I purchased a Q-switched ND:YAG Laser and began lightening tattoos. Large tattoos that have a lot of black, would have been an impossible conventional cover up, especially for blackwork. I had heard about this type of laser over a decade ago. It actually targets the colour under the skin and vaporizes it with minimal damage to the skin itself. Amazing is all I can say. You have to see with your own eyes. Larger jobs take a little more time and a few more sessions, but it's well worth it. Now you can have the tattoo you've always wanted. and repair any problem, big or small. As you can see below, the laser is very effective even after only a few sessions. If I am doing the tattoo and we know what you're getting, I can do a basic outlining and then start lightening right away. Some areas of the old tattoo may be covered up by the new tattoo and will not need to be lasered. I also do tattoo removal.
